Duke Corporate Education wanted to transform a conventional leadership development curriculum into something deeply immersive, experiential, and worthy of Prosus, one of the world's most dynamic companies.
With 76 senior leaders gathered in the heart of Silicon Valley for a six-day summit, Duke Corporate Education needed an outdoor team activity that would get people moving, reflect Prosus’ values, and connect these leaders to the breakthrough moments that shaped the tech world.
We designed a custom scavenger hunt through downtown Mountain View that turned the birthplace of the tech industry into a living leadership lab.
